This year there will be 2 Advanced Health Post, with capacity for 50 people, located in the Plaza Santoña and the Fica.
In La Fica, in addition to the Sanitary Post with 30 beds, an aquatic rescue team will be operative in the Segura River.
The device will have 10 medical transport vehicles, 7 basic life support vehicles and 3 advanced life support vehicles.
Spanish Red Cross will launch a predictable risk device of 90 volunteers from the entire Region of Murcia. Among the staff deployed by the Red Cross to act with full efficiency in any emergency situation that may occur during the celebration of the Traditional Bando de la Huerta in Murcia, highlights the presence of 3 doctors, 25 technicians in Health Emergencies, 58 lifeguards and 4 aquatic lifeguards.
The teams of the Spanish Red Cross will have 7 vehicles of sanitary transport of basic life support, 3 of advanced life support, 4 vehicles of rapid intervention and rescue, as well as 3 vehicles of logistic transport.
This device will be distributed throughout the city of Murcia, so that the volunteer teams can arrive as quickly and as possible as possible to the place where their services are required.
On this occasion, the Red Cross volunteers will install Advanced Sanitary Posts, for a total of 50 places or beds, to attend to all those who suffer some type of mishap during this holiday, in order not to collapse hospital dependencies from the city.
The hospitals will be located in Plaza Santoña and in Fica.
In the Fica, in addition to incorporating the PSA with capacity for 30 beds, the Red Cross will have operative the fixed base of an Aquatic Rescue Team, to intervene in the waters of the Segura River, in case it is necessary.
The mobile bases of this equipment will be located in the area of ​​the Contraparada and the area of ​​El Malecón.
