The City of Murcia will print a minimum of 200,000 ballots and a maximum of 350,000 of each candidacy for the municipal elections of May 26 and guarantees that at least four of them will have a minimum of 310,000 ballots.
Among the functions assigned to the Statistics and Notifications Service, under the Department of Commerce and Institutional Relations, headed by Maruja Pelegrín, are all tasks related to the preparation and implementation of schools and polling stations, including the obligation to proceed to the printing and distribution of the electoral ballots of each candidacy that attends the municipal elections, in this case, which will be held on May 26, 2019.
The model approved by the State in compliance with the Organic Law of General Electoral Regime, the ballots will be recycled white paper and identical in what it does to the type of letter, size and intensity, in addition to having printed in the place enabled for the symbol the logo of each candidacy.
The Statistics and Notifications Service, once the proclamation of candidacies has been made by the Zone Electoral Board, will notify the successful bidder, Alprint Soluciones Gráficas, of the number of final applications to be printed.
Before May 2, there will be a first delivery of approximately 15,000 ballots per candidacy, destined to the Electoral Census Office, for its distribution in the vote by mail.
The successful bidder must deliver all within a maximum period of five days from the day after the City Council's approval.
The cost will amount to € 27,830.
