Those interested in submitting complaints, claims or suggestions to the City of Murcia, whether on the operation and performance of the municipal administration or dependent entities, will respond to your initiative within a maximum period of one month.
This is established in the draft Organic Regulation approved today by the Special Committee on Suggestions and Complaints, which will have to be approved by the Government Board, after which a participatory process will be opened and will be ratified by the Plenary and published in the BORM before its entry into force.
To process these issues, the City will create an Administrative Unit of Suggestions, Complaints and Claims whose function will be to manage the issues brought by the neighbors, which will be reported to the Commission and will make an annual report that will be sent in the month of January of the following year, where he will detail and analyze his activity.
Said document will be submitted for consideration by the Plenary within three months.
According to this regulation, all municipal services are required to send to this unit the writings received in their department and they will have a maximum period of 20 working days to inform citizens about the actions taken.
