The Department of Infrastructure, Public Works and Services, directed by Rebeca Perez, has requested the Urban Discipline Service the opening of a disciplinary proceeding to Adif for making a ditch in the Greenway without authorization and without a license
The works executed by Adif have been carried out in the Reguerón bridge area, between Los Dolores and Los Ramos, and have been immediately paralyzed by Local Police, after being detected by municipal technicians while conducting an inspection of the area. "
According to the part prepared by the Local Police after the visit to the area, "starting from the bridge where the Greenway meets the Reguerón and in the direction of Los Ramos, on the left bank, has made a ditch of about 70 meters in length , with a width of 30 centimeters approximately and a depth of 80 centimeters ".
In addition it is added that "the earth extracted from the execution of the trench is piled longitudinally to the trench, considerably reducing the width of the Greenway".
