Alejandro Blanco has detailed in detail all the areas of the Office of Attention to the Athlete where there is a psychological counseling, legal assistance, personalized attention, health care, job bank and scholarships for studies and training available to all athletes who are enrolled in she.
In the academic part, the important role played by the UCAM in allowing athletes to combine their studies with their sports career has been highlighted.

The president of the Catholic University of Murcia, José Luis Mendoza, who awarded scholarships to the athletes assigned to the OAD, has described his model, which in addition to supporting the athlete's academic career through the scholarships "personalizes his study itinerary" .
