The Governing Board has approved in its session this morning the Municipal Program of Professional Qualification for Youth 2019-2020.
This program, which seeks to improve the skills for the labor insertion of young people in the municipality and respond to the training needs they present, is aimed at young people who are registered in the Youth Guarantee file
By carrying out training activities, they obtain Certificates of Professionalism from the Catalog of Professional Qualifications and, in addition, acquire personal and professional skills allowing their integration in an effective way in society and enabling access to a qualified work life.
The Professional Qualification program is made up of different professional itineraries in which young people are trained in Professional Certificates (level 1 and 2), including training in language skills, mathematics, languages ​​and ICT that improve their employability opportunities.
Thus, in this edition, in which 150 young people from 16 to 29 years old will be able to participate, the training actions that will be developed are:
Auxiliary services for Aesthetics (Level 1) / Aesthetic care for hands and feet (Level 2)
Auxiliary Services of Hairdressing (Level 1) / Hairdressing (Level 2)
Plumbing and Heating-Domestic Air Conditioning Operations (Level1)
Auxiliary Maintenance Services in Sports Activities (Level 1)
Auxiliary activities of Commerce and Warehouse (Level 1)
Vehicle Painting (Level 2)
Operations of Recording and Processing of Data and Documents (Level 1)
Auxiliary activities in nurseries, gardens and gardening centers (Level 1)
Basic kitchen operations
Basic restaurant operations
Of all the aspirants, priority will be given to those who are especially vulnerable as younger and less educated young people, who have left the educational system without obtaining qualifications, young immigrants, young people of Roma and young people with protection and guardianship measures and / or reform.
