Professors of the University of Murcia participate in the celebration of 'Rural Pride' in Serón (05/04/2019)

Professors of the University of Murcia participate this weekend in the celebrations of the Day of Rural Pride, a conference that will take place in Serón, a town in the Sierra de Almería.

The conference will be attended by the Minister of Culture, José Guirao.

In particular, the professor of Language Ramón Almela has been in charge of the coordination of the Story Contest.

The presentation of these awards will take place on Sunday at 1:00 pm.

Also on this day will be a lecture by Professor José María Egea Fernández, who will talk about 'Peasant Culture and Food'.

It will be at 10.00 on Sunday.

The whole weekend will revolve around life in rural areas and their traditions.
