Students of the Faculty of Optics and Optometry of the University of Murcia will make the 3 and 4 of April free revisions of vision to the university community.
These revisions will be held in the afternoon, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, at the faculty itself.
Those interested in reviewing their views will have to make a prior registration through the web page of the 17 ODSesiones program, which will dedicate the next sessions to visual health.
As part of this project, the Hall of Degrees of the Faculty of Optics will be this Wednesday, April 3, the stage that will host the conferences:
12:00 to 12:45 h .: 'I have low vision' by Joaquín Sánchez Onteniente, Professor of Optometry at the University of Murcia.
12:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m .: 'Addiction to electronic devices and their possible consequences on visual health'.
With the participation of Norberto López Gil, professor of Optics at the University of Murcia, member of the University Institute on Aging of the UMU.
17 ODSesiones is the project of the University of Murcia aimed at disseminating and raising awareness about the 17 sustainable development goals that the United Nations set with the year 2030 as a horizon.
Until April 2021 the University will dedicate one month to each of these objectives to sensitize the university community and the whole society about these purposes.
The month of March is dedicated to Goal 3: Health and Wellbeing.
