The draw, which has been the first item on the agenda of the Plenary, has nominated the presidents, members and alternates, to whom the 56 employees of the Statistics Service will deliver notifications in the morning, afternoon and evening.
320,172 Spanish citizens make up the census of the next general elections, 7,179 more than in the previous ones held in 2016.
A total of 519 polling stations will be arranged by the City of Murcia on Sunday, April 28 for the holding of general elections.
Each of the tables will be composed of a president and two members, with their corresponding alternates, in number of two for each position, which makes a total of 4,671 people.
All of them have been designated by the Plenary Session of the City Council that was held tomorrow, in which the draw has taken place in which they have been appointed, to which 56 employees of the Statistics Service will notify their nomination from tomorrow.
In these elections, only Spanish citizens have the right to vote, who must be registered in the municipal register of inhabitants of Murcia on December 28, 2018, made up of 456,910 people.
The census is made up of 320,172 citizens, of whom 233,269 are women and 223,554 men, which represents an increase of 7,179 people compared to the 2016 census.
Schools, tables and polls
On April 28 there will be 143 polling stations, with 519 tables, 1,038 ballot boxes and 519 voting booths.
The Plenary this morning has designated 4,671 members of the tables:
- 519 incumbent presidents and 519 first alternate presidents and 519 alternate presidents.
- 519 first-title vocals and 519 first substitutes of the first vowel and 519 second substitutes of the first vowel.
- 519 second vocal members and 519 first substitutes of the second vowel and 519 second substitutes of the second vowel.
The electoral campaign will begin at 00:00 on Friday 12 and end at 24 hours on April 26.
For this campaign, the Statistics Service will make available to the different parties and groups of electors 968 panels for the posting of electoral posters distributed in 32 points of 16 panels in the neighborhoods of the city and 57 points of 8 panels in districts.
