Murcia, the first City Council in Spain to sign a collaboration agreement with Iberdrola for the development and implementation of the Smart City project, following the signing of José Ballesta and the director of Iberdrola Distribución in Comunidad Valenciana and Región de Murcia, Bonifacio Álvarez.
