The façade of the Annex Building of the Town Hall will light up turquoise morning on the occasion of the World Day of Lipodystrophies, which takes place on March 31, 2019.
In this way, the City of Murcia joins the commemoration of this day, carried out by the AELIP, a non-profit organization, declared of public utility and international scope, created in order to achieve a better quality of life. life of both people who suffer from lipodystrophies and their families.
This association, which was born in April 2012, aims to improve the quality and life expectancy of those affected by lipodystrophy, create spaces for coexistence among affected, family and professionals, raise awareness and give visibility to the problem, support research in lipodystrophies , support research and carry out training actions.
The campaign is developed around awareness and visibility activities to raise awareness of this pathology, as well as to support those affected and families living with any type of lipodystrophy in the world.
