The Board of Directors of Urbamusa approved this morning the Report of Activities and Management 2018, whose most prominent projects have been 'Murcia River' and the Extraordinary Plan of Investments in Pedanías.
During the meeting, it has been noted the progress in the various works of 'Murcia River', in which the municipal developer has carried out the technical assistance of the Alameda del Malecón and Cuatro Piedras, already completed, or the construction management of the new river promenade and the revegetation project of the right and left banks of the river, both actions currently underway.
Also, Urbamusa is carrying out the construction management of the rehabilitation of Pavilions 1 and 2 of the Artillery Barracks, works that are currently underway and that will end this summer, enabling a new center of cultural creation in the environment of Murcia River.
With respect to the Extraordinary Investment Plan in Pedanías, Urbamusa has already drafted or is drafting the 51 projects included in the Plan, whose cost amounts to 14 million euros.
1,400 public parking spaces
Another of the issues addressed in the Board of Directors was the annual accounts for 2018, which yield benefits of 75,000 euros.
With regard to the management of the dissuasive car parks, the urban developer has managed in 2018 a total of 1,400 public places, which have reported 700,000 euros that will be reinvested in new projects and municipal actions for the 2019 financial year.
