"Ludus Myrtea" are some days dedicated to leisure through role-playing, strategy, board games and simulation.
Annual, are designed and organized with the intention of being the most relevant and representative event at regional level of these characteristics.
After the reception of the previous editions, this year they return to the loading on the 5th, 6th and 7th of April in the Municipal Center La Nave Espacio Joven, in the Polígono Camposol de Puente Tocinos.
The schedule of the days will be Friday 5 from 5:00 pm to 2:00 am, Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 am, and Sunday from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm.
The Jornadas "Ludus Myrtea" have the collaboration of the Youth Service of the City of Murcia and are organized by three associations of the Region: the Molina de Segura Role Association (ARMS), the Roleo Community Association, and the Marrangos Association Rol Club.
It is a great recreational meeting that gathers once a year fans of RPGs and board games in a space where they share their passion for this type of alternative leisure.
In these seven years, the conferences have become an example of the ability of associations to collaborate with each other and encourage the participation of both their members and other groups of similar interests, while having fun collaborating with each other.
But the days are not only designed for expert fans, but there is a wide variety of activities aimed at people who want to have a first approach to role-playing games and table games.
Wanting to promote this alternative of leisure at home, the conference has enabled a space specially designed for children and their families, all coordinated by children's educators, where they can enjoy a wide range of activities and games designed for different ranges old.
Due to its characteristics of collaboration and participation, it is an event with a unique character in Spain.
The entrance to the "Ludus Myrtea" days is free and free, as well as any of the activities included in them.
The organization deploys a team of more than forty people who work throughout the weekend attending the attendees and organizing different activities.
From different points of the national geography, the main national publishers of games, associations, clubs and fans, collaborate in the days with activities, demonstrations, games, etc.
enriching an agenda with more than 200 hours of games and 60 activities programmed for all types of audiences and ages.
Attendees will be able to play the multiple prepared role games, participate in live roles, in the demonstrations of board games organized by their own authors, try out the playroom novelties in table games awarded nationally and internationally, participate in competitions , raffles, plus many surprises.
Another novelty this year is that the conference will count on the collaboration of the Spanish Tolkien Society to bring the fantasy of Middle Earth to Murcia.
Thus, within the Ludus Myrtea we can find recreated a thematic space based on the work of the author of The Lord of the Rings, in which we will find multiple activities related to the universe of Tolkien.
In the last edition the attendance exceeded 500 people, and this year the forecast of attendees is higher than in previous years.
