The works consist of improving access to the school, paving the first few meters of Calle Escuelas, entering on the Avenida Ingeniero José Alegría, which will make it easier for pedestrians to access, building a sidewalk to the school grounds
This morning, the Councilor for Infrastructure, Public Works and Services, Rebeca Perez and the Councilor for Pedanies, Participation and Decentralization, Marco Antonio Fernández, visited this morning the works that are being carried out to facilitate a pedestrian access to the school San Felix CEIP Zarandona, attended by 400 students each day.
The City of Murcia, through the Plan of districts, deputations and peripheral and / or depressed neighborhoods 2018-1019, continues the works of access to the school CEIP San Felix de Zarandona.
This work has a budget of 24,309 euros
The works consist of paving the Calle Escuelas, entering by the Avenida Ingeniero José Alegría, which will allow access by pedestrians and ensure the safety of the neighbors.
In this way, a shared use platform will be established, establishing a pedestrian use strip, establishing priority for the vehicles entering from the José Alegría avenue.
The planned sidewalks will ensure the safety of all children attending the school, this infrastructure will be formed by a concrete base and prefabricated colored paving slabs, with a curb, complying with regulations regarding accessibility.
In the street to be paved, the asphalt pavement and the existing small pavement are being built, constructing a new level pavement formed by a reinforced concrete base and a prefabricated colored paving slab.
It has taken into account the leveling of records and manholes, the replacement of vertical and horizontal signs and, in general, the repair and replacement of services and easements affected by the works.
