The Faculty of Nursing of the UCAM celebrated the feast of its patron Saint John of God.
The ceremony began with the celebration of the Eucharist presided over by Luis Emilio Pascual, Major Chaplain of the UCAM, where he thanked all the students for the donation of part of the money collected in the events for the Pattern for the second Ambulance of Desire, a initiative that helps the terminally ill to fulfill their last will.
Manuel Pardo, vice-dean of the Degree in Podiatry and principal promoter of the Ambulance of Desire was also present during the day.

In addition, within the framework of the festival, the students have organized a Nursing Olympiad for people to know the activities carried out by health professionals in hospitals and health centers.
Pilar Ibarra and Carlos Sanchez are in charge of organizing these activities, "the Nursing Olympics are organized in three tests: CPR, intubation and bandages, besides that we have four positions where you can check the blood group and we also have a geriatric suit to feel like the day to day of the elderly and the simulator of childbirth, in addition there have also been three Red Cross teams, "explain Pilar and Carlos.
