The City of Murcia, through the Department of Modernization of the Administration and Urban Development directed by José Guillén, continues to work to achieve green areas maintained and in perfect condition.
To do this, in various green areas has been integrated flower plants with inert material, such as pine bark and silica sand in the form of waves, thus achieving a very striking visual effect.
This technique has been mixed with other flowers such as tagetes and thoughts, which fill colors, orange, yellow and blue among others, the green areas to achieve maximum beauty during these months before spring arrives.
One of the areas where this combination has been used is the Plano de San Francisco, where 5,000 seasonal flowers are being planted.
These works are being carried out, for a week, by a dozen operators of the maintenance company STV Gestión, for which they have removed the previous flower plant, the land has been adapted, the irrigation system has been revised and proceeded to plant the new seasonal flower.
