The Association of Merchants of Vistalegre has organized the IV charity race, for the benefit of Unicef, to be held on Saturday, February 23, starting at 10 am, departing from the school Virgen de la Arrixaca.
There will be more than 250 children, up to 15 years old, who will participate in this sporting event who will donate three euros per bib number.
The collection will go entirely to UNICEF for the development of the project 'Drops for Niger'.
All participants will receive T-shirt and bag from the runner and the first two by category (free, prebenjamín, benjamín, alevín, infantil and juvenile) and sex will be presented with a trophy.
The numbers can be purchased until March 20 at Farmacia Helena, Pliego Sport, More than cole, Acuarela and Belén optician.
The race will depart from the Virgen de la Arrixaca school and will cross Virgen de la Soledad street, Abenarabi avenue, Marqués de los Vélez avenue and Doctor López Ambit street.
The Councilor for Trade and Institutional Relations, Maruja Pelegrín, thanked "the merchants of Vistalegre who, in addition to keeping the neighborhood alive, show their most supportive side by organizing events like this that seeks to support the work of protecting the rights of children of UNICEF in Niger ".
