The University of Murcia celebrates this Wednesday, March 6, cooking workshop 'Recipes to avoid waste'.
It is a training that is part of the activities of the 17 ODSesiones program.
The chef and professor of the School of Hospitality of Murcia Juan Antonio Pellicer will be in charge of imparting this training, which will take place in the pilot plant of Food Technology, in the Faculty of Veterinary, in the Campus of Espinardo.
The workshop will be held from 4 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
and it is freely accessible, although prior registration is necessary.

17 ODSesiones is the project the University of Murcia is developing for the promotion and awareness of the 17 sustainable development goals of the United Nations.
Until April 2021, the University will dedicate one month to each of these objectives with outreach, play, training and solidarity activities.
The first month was February, which was dedicated to the goal 'End of poverty'.
The month of March revolves around the goal 'Zero Hunger'.
