The councilman of Pedanías, Participation and Decentralization, Marco Antonio Fernandez, has presented this morning the calendar of activities that Llano de Brujas has prepared for the celebration of the Carnival 2019, which the parish will host from February 22 to March 10, and who chooses to be declared of Regional Tourist Interest.
This edition, which turns 200 years old, started on February 22 with the lighting of the special lighting and a fireworks display and on Saturday it held the carnival proclamation gala, where the costumes of the muses and muses were presented.

The Children's Carnival will take place on March 7 at the CEIP Juan Carlos I, for the first time.

In the Foreign Carnival, which will take place that day at 4:00 pm, 1,000 people are expected to participate, in which comparsas from other parts of the Region and from Spain compete.
In the afternoon the Bid Dance will take place in the center of the third age and at 21:00 hours will begin the Bailodromo del Carnaval, where the comparsas will perform their choreography.
On Piñata Day, Sunday March 10, the Kajukenbo Sports Club will perform, at 12:00 hours Pasabares will also be performed and at 1:00 pm, a monumental fireworks display will be fired.
The Big Parade of Piñata will close the acts, in which the local comparsas will be in charge of animating with their choreographies and costumes the streets of the district.
The party puts an end to tonight, in a great bonfire where the Witch Salá is burned, symbolizing the Momo God, King of Carnival.
In addition, until Sunday March 10, Llano de Brujas stores will participate in this contest to decorate their windows with the theme 'Carnival'.
