The University of Murcia celebrates this Tuesday, February 26, the solemn act of investiture of Robert Sackstein as Doctor Honoris Causa.

The investiture will take place in the auditorium 'Hermenegildo Lumeras de Castro' of the Faculty of Chemistry (Campus de Espinardo) at 12.00.

Robert Sackstein is vice president of the International University of Florida and director of the Glycoscience Program at Harvard University.

The event will be chaired by the rector of the UMU, José Luján, and will be assisted by the Minister of Health, Manuel Villegas.
