The mayor of Ciudadanos Pilar Muñoz will defend a motion in the plenary on Thursday demanding that the necessary procedures be initiated to study the possibility of implementing an experimental pilot project of teleworking in the Murcia Consistory.
"Facilitating the labor flexibility tending to favor the work, family and personal conciliation of the public employee is one of the basic objectives pursued by this initiative," said Muñoz.
For this, the mayor of the orange training will propose to the local government to launch a pilot project that "allows us to establish an appropriate design and accurate planning for its imminent implementation."
Muñoz also recalled that "it is a right that includes the Basic Employee Statute Law that in its article 14 speaks of the need to adopt measures that favor the reconciliation of personal, family and work life".
He also referred to the success that the telework project has had in the Autonomous Community, where the pilot experience started in February 2017 has been a triumph, obtaining an outstanding rating.
