The Councilor for Infrastructure, Public Works and Services, Rebeca Pérez, has answered the spokesperson for Citizens, Mario Gómez, that "in the case of the urbanization Lo Santiago, there is no legal breach by the City Council, as the collection service of garbage is a service that can be provided either through an urban conservation entity or through municipal services that, in any case, are borne by the neighbors "
"From the City Council is studying with the neighbors the possibility that this service is provided directly from the Road Cleaning Service and Waste Collection."
According to the councilor, "the urban entities are collaborators of the administration and provide the services established in the statutes, as is the case of this urbanization"
Thus, "this service will lend the entity well until it dissolves or until the neighbors request that the development be received by the City Council."
The councilor has ended asking Gomez "not to make interpretations that do not conform to reality or current legislation"
