The Governing Board has approved the development and monitoring of the Equality Plan of companies and employees of the City of Murcia.
In this way, the Equality Plan will address, among others, the subjects of access to employment, professional classification, promotion and training, remuneration, work time management to favor, in terms of equality between women and men, work conciliation, personal and family, and the prevention of sexual harassment and sex.
In these matters will be designed actions that involve improvements that allow progress in the achievement of real equality between women and men in the City of Murcia and by extension, in the whole of society.

To this end, it will be set up with the Trade Union Sections that make up the General Table of the Negotiation of the City of Murcia, a Commission for the preparation and monitoring of the Equality Plan for Employees and Employees of the City of Murcia.
