The Odsesiones program of the University of Murcia will dedicate the afternoon to two recreational activities as part of its agenda of awareness activities for the month of February, focused on the objective of sustainable development 'End of poverty'.
The NGO Proyecto Abraham will present this afternoon, starting at 3:30 p.m., its 'El cosurerico' program, in which women at risk of exclusion work recycling the clothes that citizens leave in the containers of reuse.
Several of these women will be installed in the University Social Center with sewing machines to demonstrate how to reuse used garments to make new ones.
There will also be an exhibition of mannequins to show their work.
The activity will take place in the Exhibition Hall of the University Social Center.
The other recreational activity that will take place this afternoon, starting at 4:00 pm in the Social Center of the Espinardo Campus, is organized by the NGO Jesus Abandoned, which brings to the university the 'Game room' 'Objectives: Agenda 2030' with which through tests and challenges participants can know the theory and practice of the Sustainable Development Goals.
