The University of Murcia welcomes the presentation of the publication 'Civil and criminal protection of minors and vulnerable elderly people in Spain' (05/02/2019)

The act will take place in the law room of the Faculty of Law at 18.30 h.

The University of Murcia hosts tomorrow the presentation of the publication 'Civil and criminal protection of minors and vulnerable elderly people in Spain', which will be borne by the exrector and president of the CES, José Antonio Cobacho;

and Rafael Pérez Cuadrado, general director of the Diagrama Foundation.

After the presentation will take place the conference 'Challenges of the judicial system against situations of vulnerability, in particular minors, elderly and disabled', to be delivered by Juan Martínez Moya, member of the permanent commission of the General Council of the Judiciary.

The rector, José Luján, will be in charge of presenting the event, which will be attended by Violante Tomás, counselor of Family and Equal Opportunities;

and Alfonso Pascual del Riquelme, president of the TSJ of the Region of Murcia.
