The spokesman for Citizens, Mario Gomez, today requested the legal reports that support the legality of the bases of the call for public employment of the City of Murcia.
Likewise, Gómez has asked José Ballesta to "pronounce and reassure the aspirants assuring them of the transparency and guarantee of this call."
He has also claimed that after the interposed litigation "also offers guarantees that this process will not be annulled or paralyzed."
Although the mayor José Guillén has already pointed out that the process will not be suspended because "it complies with the law and, in these cases, appeals or challenges are common", the orange spokesman is in favor of "being the maximum authority in La Glorieta who gives the face to the aspirants guaranteeing a rigorous convocation with the legality that avoids the administrative chaos and the serious damages that any type of paralysis or annulment of the process could cause to the opponents ".
Finally, Gomez has asked the local government to "set the specific date of the holding of the oppositions if it is true that there are no doubts about the wording of the bases of the calls for the different categories, or fundamental rights are violated "
