The UMU Veterinary Faculty organizes next Monday, February 4, a day dedicated to African swine fever.
The session will be held at 4:00 pm in the Aula Magna of the Faculty.
Quintanillo Perez Bonilla, president of the Association of the National Body of Veterinarians, will open the conference entitled 'The experience of Spain in the eradication of ASF and the necessary biosecurity measures to prevent its spread'.
After him, José Manuel Sánchez-Vizcaíno Rodríguez intervened, doctor honoris causa of the University of Murcia and director of the OIE Reference Laboratory for ASF.
His talk will be entitled 'African swine fever threatens what can we do?'.
