UCAM COMMUNIQUE on building activity licenses (29/01/2019)

The SAN ANTONIO UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION has activity licenses for the two related buildings, granted by municipal decrees dated September 8, 2011 and November 17, 2011.

On January 8, by means of municipal decrees, the loss of validity of the aforementioned licenses was agreed by a mere formal procedural defect, consisting in that: "it has not presented the documentation in a complete manner".

Through letters filed on January 21, 2019 before the Hon.

Murcia City Council "SAN ANTONIO UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION" filed appeals against the aforementioned decrees to correct the aforementioned formal deficiencies, so that the activity continues to be carried out normally in compliance with current legislation.
