The decree of cessation of activity of two pavilions of the Ucam signed by the councilor of Urbanism, Environment, Water and Kitchen garden, Antonio Navarro, is pending of the resolution of the resource presented / displayed by the university.
The Service of Intervention and Discipline of Activities of the Department of Urbanism required the Ucam to present the complementary technical documentation of pavilions 8 and architecture, which have an activity license.
All this according to what this authorization establishes.
The decree of loss of the validity of the license for the exercise of the activity, signed on January 8, provides for the possibility of administrative appeal, something that the Ucam did last week, specifically on January 21.
'The administrative resolution, therefore, is not firm when the appeal is pending,' explains Antonio Navarro, who stresses that 'the procedure followed by the Service of Intervention and Discipline of Activities of the Town Planning Department is the one foreseen by the legislation ', specifically by the law of Common Administrative Procedure and the Law of Integrated Environmental Protection'.
