The Councilor for Education and Heritage, Rafael Gomez, has answered Now Murcia that "since 2015 almost tripled the number of study rooms in the municipality, from the 4 existing in that year to 11 today."
Gómez explained that "in addition, from 2015 to 2018, the number of study places has been increased sixfold, from 98 to 594
The councilor recalled that "in the period of exams we extended the schedule of Espinardo's library by providing service outside of his usual schedule and opening on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 7.30 p.m."
"According to the municipal technicians, the new library located in JC1 does not meet the conditions to be open 24 hours a day and to host a study room," said Gómez.
