- Alicia Morales asks that the City adequately furnish furniture Espinardo municipal library, inaugurated by Ballesta in 2016

The Municipal Network of Study Rooms of Murcia (RMSEM), dependent and integrated into the services of the Municipal Library Network of Murcia (RMBM), seeks to offer an adequate space for the development of academic activities, whether regulated or not.
Currently there are, among others, those of Alquerías, Los Dolores, Los Martínez del Puerto, Sangonera la Seca, Sangonera la Verde, Torreagüera, Santo Ángel, Monteagudo, Cobatillas and the last one in Ronda Sur.

Promises without complying with the municipal library
