The councilor of Cambiemos Murcia, Margarita Guerrero, will ask in the Plenary next Thursday that the City will launch a public advisory that will help associations to carry out the procedures for obtaining the digital certificate in the electronic administration, as well as the bonus of the corresponding rates in the case of non-profit organizations.
Guerrero has indicated that, although e-government is a system increasingly present in municipalities and autonomous communities that serves to streamline procedures, in many cases it is a difficulty for those who have to make use of it in the existing digital divide , especially in the case of local associations and those formed by migrants, due to the language barrier.
Thus, the mayor of the municipal training has echoed that in many cases, associations and individuals are having difficulties to make use of the electronic headquarters of the administration and have to resort to private consultancies to complete the procedures, with the expense that implies.
"The local administration has the obligation to provide all the necessary tools to make use of a public service like this in a free way," said Guerrero.
To this, has added the fact that to obtain the digital certificate users have to pay 16.94 euros to the National Factory of Currency and Stamp (FNMT) and 8.36 to the Register of Associations of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, some amounts that Cambiemos Murcia proposes to eliminate in its entirety when it comes to groups whose purpose is non-profit.
