An attendance of more than 800 spectators is expected.
There will also be a mid-morning exhibition of almost 100 students from 5 to 50 years old, who belong to the Spanish Federation of Korean Martial Arts.
"This event will allow Murcia to be positioned as a reference city in Korean Martial Arts, a discipline based on movement that transmits values ​​and a philosophy of improvement, thanks to Master Sang Soon Lee Hwang, this international tournament will grow year after year and we can count on more than 15 countries, "said Felipe Coello.
The Federation has more than 120 national clubs
The Spanish Federation of Korean Martial Arts was created in 2005. One year later it was recognized as an entity by the Ministry of the Interior and included in the National Registry of Associations.
Recognized by TAFISA, which encompasses more than 300 Federations and Institutions of the most important in the world in more than 160 countries.
The Federation promotes as its main activity the Korean Semi Contact, but they also continue with the practice of Traditional Taekwondo (not Olympic), as well as its technical side.
It also has other Martial Arts such as Aikido or Hapkido.
Likewise, there is a Department of Functional Diversity to promote inclusive sports.
Grand Master Sang Soon Lee Hwang
He is president of Honor of the Spanish Federation of Korean Martial Arts and has lived in Murcia for 25 years.
He has achieved the 9th Dan of Taekwondo, which certifies that he has reached the highest level of the Martial Arts categories.
He has dedicated his life to training in this discipline.
He is also 8th Dan of KSC and 8th Dan of Hapkido.
