The Councilor for Citizens Paqui Perez will present a motion in the Plenary on January 31 to advance in animal welfare in Murcia.
For this purpose, it will propose the elaboration of an action plan that defines what human, technical and economic resources are necessary to achieve animal welfare in the municipality and that this is carried out in coordination with other councils, such as security, street cleaning, parks and gardens, social policy and education.
"From Cs we bet on concrete actions that allow us to achieve the objectives," said Perez, who recalled that "so far have approved several motions in the House, but none has been executed," as the application of the CES method for the control of the feline colonies and start-up of sterilization campaigns so that families without resources can access them.
