The Contracting Committee, chaired by the Councilor for Education, Relations with Universities and Heritage, Rafael Gómez, has requested information from the UTE formed by Urdemasa and Pico, to propose it as the winner of the Plantation of plant species on the left bank of the Segura River in its urban section.
The bid amount was 659,035 euros and the economic proposal of the UTE amounts to 424,134 euros.
This documentation has also been requested from the Pavasal company to carry out the work to adapt the right bank of the Segura River mote for recreational use.
The bid amount for these works amounted to 570,513 euros and the award proposal is 350,697 euros.
On the other hand, has verified the technical documentation of the companies that concur to the services of conservation, maintenance and restoration of the gardens, trees of alignment, medians and roundabouts of the municipality of Murcia, as well as the necessary supplies for this through seven lots.
In total, 8 interested companies have been presented in lot 1, referring to the maintenance, conservation and restoration of municipal green areas and alignment trees.
The awardees must have a minimum workforce of 188 workers.
In lot 2-maintenance, conservation and restoration of medians and roundabouts-6 companies have attended, and an equal number have submitted bids to lot 3, consisting of maintenance, conservation and restoration of lakes and ornamental fountains.
The supply of flower plants for replenishments in green, medium and roundabout areas (lot 4) has attracted the interest of 2 companies.
Also the supply of materials for reforms in gardens (lot 5) and the Master Plan of the Trees (lot 7) have registered two proposals each.
Finally, a single company has been interested in lot 6, supply of furniture for garden renovations.
The specifications provide for a budget of 58,997,161.40 euros and a duration until November 30, 2022, except lot 7, which will be eight months.
