The PSOE in the hamlet of Lobosillo has sent a statement to the Councilor for Decentralization of the City of Murcia, the popular Marco Antonio Fernandez, stating that the Municipal Board of Lobosillo and specifically its president, María del Carmen Conesa, is not convening the Plenary said Board within the terms established in accordance with law - article 48.1 of the Regulations on Citizen Participation and Districts.

"This situation makes matters that affect the parish can not be treated properly assuming a defenselessness on the part of neighbors and a violation of the right recognized by Article 23 of our Constitution to participate in public affairs directly or through representatives freely elected, "reads the statement signed by the PSOE spokesman in Lobosillo, Pencho Saura.

According to the socialist representative in the Municipal Board, the contributions of the opposition are not taken into account.

"On November 26, four motions were presented by this group, and to this date there has not been a plenary session for debate, and we do not even have confirmation of its receipt by the Board's administrator, who they were sent, "says Saura.

One of those motions refers precisely to the establishment of a prefixed schedule for the celebration of the Plenary.

For all this, from the Socialist Group of Lobosillo is considered "unacceptable" the position adopted by the PP in the hamlet and allowed today by the City Council and is claimed to take the necessary measures to guarantee the rights that assist all the citizens and in this case the neighbors of Lobosillo.

In this regard, the president of the Municipal Board is required to comply with the law and comply with the deadlines set for convening and holding the Plenary of the Board, even imposing ex officio if not voluntarily responsible , and that he urges the same to call a plenary session to debate the motions presented on November 26, 2018.
