Corvera will have before the end of the year a new dressing room and other improvements in the football field.
The project is completed and has passed all the necessary procedures to submit to the approval of the Governing Board and start the contracting procedure.
The bidding budget amounts to 220,000 euros and the execution period will be six months.
A distinguishing feature of this work is that it has been designed taking into account the necessary criteria to become an environmentally sustainable infrastructure, with reduction of energy consumption, water saving, recycling and waste management.
Thus, the changing rooms will become a perimeter bioclimatic space taking advantage of available natural resources (sun, vegetation, rain, wind) to reduce environmental impacts, trying to reduce energy consumption.
It is about making a responsible construction with the environment and using resources efficiently throughout the life of the construction, obtaining greater thermal comfort and the use of materials mostly non-toxic construction backed by environmental statements.
In addition, it will be used as protection for players during game breaks, taking advantage of the fact that it is a perfectly ventilated space and protected by the use of a traditional ceramic material that allows perfect ventilation and renewal of the air.
Graderío for the public
Two changing rooms will be built for use by 4 teams (2 teams playing and 2 teams ready to play), 2 changing rooms for referees, nursing-physiotherapy room, concierge-control room, male and female toilet modules, room for facilities, warehouses and cleaning room.
The changing rooms have natural lighting at the top, contributing to energy savings while achieving greater privacy in the changing room area and increasing safety.
It will be located in the southern area next to the football field and above the building is planned the construction of a grandstand for the public.
Likewise, the project foresees other improvements in the surroundings, among them, the paving of the perimeter zone and other actions that facilitate the accessibility to the sports venue.
