The Department of Commerce and Institutional Relations, directed by Maruja Pelegrín, has definitively resolved the call for subsidies to establishments around the burial works, which will eventually have 78 businesses benefited, with a maximum amount of 2,000 euros.
The City Council will allocate a total of 134,275.55 euros to these grants.
All the premises that attended the call and were in accordance with the requirements will receive a grant.
Stores that either did not comply with the rules have been left out - because they are wholesale activities and therefore are not classified as minor retail, are outside the defined zoning area, submit the application after the deadline, etc.- or the inaccuracy of the responsible statement presented by the owners of the businesses has been confirmed.
Pelegrín recalled that this call for aid 'responds to the interest of the City to collaborate with the establishments surrounding the burial works because we are aware of the inconvenience that these jobs will cause them'.
The final report has been published on the website www.murcia.es by the Department of Commerce, Organization and Institutional Relations.
