The average age of the participants is 24 years and there have been more than 700 different activities
The City of Murcia allocates 68,000 euros to encourage youth participation to 82 associations
The Young Municipal Spaces La Nave, 585 m2 and El Palmar, which belong to the Youth Service of the Department of Infrastructure, Public Works and Services, directed by Rebeca Pérez, have opened a total of 284 days in 2018, totaling 729 different activities.
The evaluation of the Young Spaces and the activities reaches the outstanding one, with a 4.75 out of 5.
Specifically, 280 courses, workshops and training sessions have been held, 272 musical and theatrical rehearsals, 84 assemblies, meetings and associative groups, 54 parties, games and concerts, 22 theaters and performances and 17 sports activities.
The Young Spaces have received more than 200,000 visits in 2018, which indicates that the majority of young people who have visited the spaces have repeated.
11,486 young people have participated in the activities with registration, 32,000 young people have attended cultural events, making a total of 43,483 people.
"These data help us identify the profile of young people participating in our Young Spaces with the aim of knowing their tastes, hobbies and needs, which allows us to offer them the best leisure alternative and to develop their concerns and learn about what that you like the most, our three spaces are for and for them, "said Rebeca Pérez.
The average age of the participants is 24 years.
The total of young people who have visited the Young Spaces reaches 719 daily, the weekly participants add up to 4,329 and the total of young people who have participated each month are 17,746.
The number of associations that have participated in these spaces is 241.

The Youth Service of the City of Murcia has granted a grant for the implementation of activities programs for 2018/2019 to promote youth participation to 82 associations.
In total 456 activities will be carried out, in the center and districts, for a total amount of 68,000 euros.
