The Councilor for Education, Relations with Universities and Heritage, Rafael Gómez, and Juan Antonio Segura, national president of Cepaim, have signed an agreement to carry out social actions aimed at tenants of the 1,009 municipally owned homes located in neighborhoods and districts.
The park of public housing of the City council is integrated by 1,009 houses, located to a large extent in the Infante District Juan Manuel;
the Holy Spirit, in Espinardo;
Los Rosales, in El Palmar;
The Ramos, Beniaján, Patiño, The Ñora, Churra, Corvera, etc.
The Cepaim-Integral Action with Migrants Foundation aims to promote an inclusive and intercultural model of society that facilitates full access to the rights of citizenship of the most vulnerable people in our society and, especially, of migrants, developing policies to fight against any form of social exclusion and collaborating in the development of the local territories and the countries of origin of the migrants.
It is the object of this agreement, endowed with 20,000 euros, is to regulate social and educational actions that are necessary to facilitate coexistence among neighbors, respect for common areas and spaces, responsibility, care and maintenance of housing and follow-up and accompaniment to cases of special need.
The aim of the Cepaim Foundation is to guarantee the level of quality of the actions to be carried out, to carry out activities related to the care and maintenance of the home and to accompany the families.
