El Otro Musical: First the last ones, it is an integrating project directed by Jordi Aparicio, professor of music of the school, where the three associations (Fundown, Astrade and the Social Center of Elders of Cabezo de Torres) have a fundamental role together with the students of infant education, primary and ESO of the educational center.
In addition, the students of the Open Class of the own school also have main papers.
A bet for those characters that were not always the protagonists.
Although they are based on well-known musicals, all the numbers are different adaptations and with original aspects.
From the first to the sixth representation, they form a single musical with the same thematic unit:

A unique walk through the best-known musicals.
A classic format, but nothing conventional, a spectacular staging that makes the viewer travel through the stories narrated by each musical as a way to consider society and to change it.
The students, together with the users of the three associations, have participated in a recording session in a professional studio.
In addition to the musical production, choreography, work
vocal and choral there is a spectacular video production that works as a cyclorama (background of the stage) with a practically cinematographic mega-montage that makes it very special and often interacts with the scene.
The different musicals always start with a cellist and a live pianist in a contiguous stage.
The moments that will lead to excitement will be many.
Another scenario is for a giant CHRISTMAS GRAMOPHONE (more than 15 meters high) that will puncture the beginning of each disc.
The Gramophone projects in the lower part the billboard of the number that is being made.
Mechanically it moves the arm with its capsule and needle, the disc, the crank ... This acts as the main thread of the entire musical and functions as an element of Fantasy and Reality at the same time.
The carnival experience of the district is matched with the original costumes of the students.
In the different musicals, the students work techniques such as the Black Theater (ultraviolet lights) dark choreography with led lighting in the hands and other original techniques.
Former students will also participate in the show, on stage, as volunteers and in technical assistance.
A student of 4th of ESO makes all the posters.
A project in which the whole educational community participates: the human team of the school, the families in the realization of sets, workshops of costumes, material for the Black Theater.
A batucada will receive the public of this free show that will be performed next Thursday, December 20 at 7:00 pm in the sports hall of the educational center.
