Concha Velasco, Lola Herrera, José Sacristán, Carlos Santos and Juan Echanove, among a wide range of notable performers who will step on the stage of both stages.
From this Christmas, the ticket offices of the theaters, as well as telephones or internet, will be open to the public so that tickets can continue to be fashionable among Murcians.
The Romea and Circo theaters will receive 2019 with high-level programming and, as is usually the norm, quality and variety come together in their billboards.
The Councilor for Economic Promotion, Culture and European Programs, Jesús Pacheco, has presented this morning the offer that can be enjoyed in both scenarios next season.
It is a proposal 'thought of the tastes of Murcia, for all ages and different genres, with the desire that any amateur performing arts find a poster that is of interest,' explains Pacheco.
As you can see in the programming advances or in the web pages of the theaters, between February and June he will go to the Concha Velasco stages, in 'El Funeral';
Lola Herrera, in 'Cinco horas con Mario' (assembly that could not be presented last June due to health problems);
José Sacristán, in another text version of Miguel Delibes, 'Woman in red with a gray background';
or the award-winning Carlos Santos, along with Beatriz Carvajal, in a work of great comicity: 'He returned one night'.
Other titles that will stand out in the coming months will be Rojas Zorrilla's classic 'Between boobies walks the game', directed by Eduardo Vasco, and Arthur Miller's drama 'El precio', directed by Silvia Munt.
As for musical shows, the range of possibilities will be very wide: Wim Mertens, Carlos Núñez, Antonio Orozco, Love of Lesbian or Café Quijano, will present their compositions in the theaters of the city, along with the figures that star in a new edition of the Flamenca Summit, with Abdón Alcaraz, Remedios Amaya and el Pele at the head.
Another edition of the Black & Jazz series will also be taking part, with the participation of Shayna Steele, Mamas Gun + Fernando Rubio, Gonzalo Rubalcaba + Stefano Bollani or Booker T.Jones.
There will be a new edition of Grandes Illusions, with the most outstanding magicians of the moment, and there will be international circus performances, like the Circa Australians, who left a deep impression in past seasons.
The program dedicated to the children's audience will not be absent, with premieres as relevant as 'La luna en el jardín', by Silfo Teatro, and the theater sessions in English, on Saturday mornings, by Arena Teatro.
Ballet, concerts, zarzuela, microscenes and didactic functions in charge of the Superior School of Dramatic Art, will complete a very outstanding program.
Give away theater
The public recognizes it with a growing demand for localities, which are increasingly obtained with greater advancement.
For this reason, from this Christmas the ticket offices of both theaters, as well as telephones or Internet, will be open to the public so that to give tickets continues being fashionable among the Murcians.
