In this way, the Tourist Quality service, which belongs to the Department of Economic Promotion, Culture and European Programs, directed by Jesús Pacheco, has collected numerous data on Murcia as a tourist destination.
98% of the surveys were made to tourists and 2% to residents.
The majority of respondents come from Europe, representing 92%, followed by America by 6%.
Among the total of respondents, Spaniards stand out with 71%.
45% of the respondents had previously visited Murcia.
61% of tourists make reservations for their trip directly and almost 90% stay in Murcia.
