The University of Murcia and the Robles Chillida Foundation delivered this Tuesday, December 11, the diplomas to the beneficiaries of the actions in the field of R & D & i activities in the areas of Health Sciences.
The delivery will take place in the Cajamurcia Culture Classroom of Caravaca de la Cruz (C / Cuesta de la Plaza, 25), at 11:30 am.
The event will be attended, among others, by Amador López García, president of the Board of Trustees of the Robles Chillida Foundation;
José Moreno Medina, mayor of Caravaca de la Cruz;
Luis Vicente García-Marcos Álvarez, vice chancellor of Health Sciences of the UMU;
and Francisco Esquembre Martínez, vice chancellor of Research and Transfer of the UMU.
They will receive the diplomas:
Domingo Andrés Pascual Figal, principal investigator of the project 'Regulation of the expression of the IL1RL1 gene and of the isoforms of ST2 as a new therapeutic route in the prevention of adverse cardiac remodeling after myocardial infarction'.
Rocío González-Conejero Hilla, principal investigator of the project 'Identification of variants in microRNA genes as new risk factors for acute myocardial infarction in children under 45 years of age by means of massive sequencing (NGS)'.
Johnny Di Pierdomenico, First Prize for Doctoral Thesis for the work 'Study of the glial response and of the intrinsically photosensitive ganglion cells in two animal models of hereditary degeneration of photoreceptors and after intravitreal injections'.
Isabel Barranco Cascales, Second Prize for Doctoral Thesis for the work 'Antioxidants of seminal plasma: potential biomarkers of fertility in boars included in artificial insemination programs'.
Marta Martínez Morga, International Mobility Aid for the realization of the project 'Characterization of synaptic alterations in a cellular model of autism' (Yale University, USA).
