'Citizens again call into question the professional worth of the workers of the City Council', says
The Councilor for Modernization of the Administration and Urban Development, José Guillén explained to the spokesman of Citizens that 'the municipal services are working to extend the current contract of parks and gardens, while the new tender is resolved'.

Regarding the allusions he makes about the preparation of the new specifications for the award of the contract, José Guillén regrets that 'once again Ciudadanos again calls into question the professional value of the workers of the City Council.
He is completely wrong but, if he needs proof, I remind him that 90% of the files submitted to the Central Administrative Court of Contractual Resources are settled with a favorable opinion to the City Council.
