The Environment and Sports services study the 18 and 16 offers received for the adequacy contracts of the Segura River mota right bank for recreational use and maintenance service, registration, access and cleaning in sports facilities
The Contracting Committee of the City Council, chaired by Eduardo Martínez-Oliva, has made progress in the processing of the file for the supply of furniture for the municipal study rooms of Alquerías and Ronda Sur, whose tender amount was 102,172 euros (plus VAT) and finally it will be contracted with a cost of 78,183 euros (94,601 euros with VAT).
In total, 61 tables, 302 chairs, 100 liters outdoor litter bins with ashtrays and 50 liter interiors and other complementary furniture will be purchased in addition to the mandatory and informative signage.
The dependencies of Ronda Sur have an area of ​​511.64 m2, which allows a capacity of 242 study places, while that of Alquerías will have 60 study places.
According to the agreement adopted today, the company awarded the contract will be Ofi-Net.
On the other hand, today's meeting has addressed three more interesting files.
On the one hand, the adequacy project of the Segura River mote right bank for recreational use, attended by 18 companies and whose bidding budget amounts to 570,000 euros, as well as the maintenance, collection and registration service, access control and cleaning in various municipal sports facilities.
This last contract is divided into 4 lots - each of them includes 4 companies - which total more than 10.3 million euros (plus VAT).
In both cases, the corresponding Environment and Sports services must now evaluate the technical proposals.
Regarding the construction project of the Single Follow-up Center (CEUS) and Traffic Control Room, of the 13 bidding companies there are two that compete in reckless leave, so it is necessary to justify their offers.
In this case, the cost exceeds 288,000 euros.
