Juan Pedro Romera, responsible for 'Space to tell' and one of the greatest experts and trainers in the art of speaking in public, is a strong advocate of the importance of communication in all areas of life.
"Speaking in public in a clear, effective and presence is necessary to know from where we communicate.
The body is the communicator's great ally, the voice is the vehicle that he will use to get his message across to the audience and a special ease and humanity will do the rest. "
Through 'Space to Tell', a training proposal in the field of oral communication, address the necessary technique (voice, non-verbal language, expression) to give talks, speeches, oral exams, conferences and any other circumstance in the that you need to speak before an audience, whether large or small, but also inquire into the nature of each person "to bring out the most kind, simple and evocative, in order to be shown to the public as a guarantor of trust, closeness and professional dignity ".
To do this, they carry out all kinds of training workshops and even personalized training, although perhaps one of the most important activities they carry out are stories, the art of storytelling and writing.
The star course is 'Once Upon a Time', a workshop in which each person makes an immersion in his biography to turn it into a wonderful story, a story with mythical characteristics based on the model of 'The Journey of the Hero' by Joseph Campbell.
"The work done over a weekend implies a cycle closure within the life process in which each person is.
The story is published in a collective book within the publishing company Espacio para Contar, "explains Romera.
"The birth of a new editorial seems nonsense in these times, where digital has swept away any hope of turning back, but it happens that the writer, or the writer, still have the importance of something sublime, because they continue to tell stories and we, who are built based on stories, we follow them to satisfy our need to be counted, "he adds.
To date, four editions have been carried out, with 2019 scheduled for presentation in Barcelona and Madrid.
COMMUNICATING COMPREHENSIVE
'Espacio para Contar' is born with the will to train people interested in the world of communication.
They conceive this relationship as a meeting between people who want to communicate in an integral way, from a position of equality and security, what they have inside.
"We have specialized in courses to speak in public, to tell stories, or to write them.
And our methodology is respectful, integrative, fun and very dynamic.
We are of the idea that any human being has much to contribute to their community and find the way to do it is the work to be done.
We help you, "says Romera.
Thus, they have taught courses in Spain, South America or Morocco and from them they have drawn the deep conviction that everyone "is sailing in the same boat, each with its own circumstances, but that the journey is made jointly," he says.
'Speaking in Public', 'The art of telling stories', 'Writing and Telling Stories', 'Oratory 1.0' and our star course 'Once Upon a Time' are the nuclear proposals for this year 2018.
"We also make individual preparations with a training adapted to the needs of each person.
We have worked with a wide list of politicians, businessmen, congressmen, opponents or lecturers, to whom we have helped to find the most effective way to communicate their message or lose the stage fright that paralyzed them, "says Juan Pedro Romera.
