Víctor Meseguer Jr, director of Social Economy European Union and guest of the International Chair of CSR of the UCAM, highlighted this idea during his speech at the cycle of conferences on corporate social responsibility organized by the Autonomous Community
The cycle of conferences on the Impulse to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) organized by the Autonomous Community held this morning its second session in which Víctor Meseguer, director of Social Economy EU, and invited by the International Chair of Corporate Social Responsibility the UCAM.
At the Meseguer conference he stressed the importance of using corporate social responsibility and its implementation in the Region of Murcia.
"CSR is something key in the competitiveness of companies for their internationalization, risk management and for companies to be able to sell more and manage in a single European market, organizations must have a more responsible behavior and for that we must apply Corporate Social Responsibility strategies ", Meseguer stressed.
Regarding the International Chair of CSR of the Catholic University of Murcia, the lecturer affirmed that the institution "is doing an excellent job accompanying the entities and companies of the Region, with a great team of professionals." The UCAM is boosting the economy of the Autonomous Community, supporting companies in their transition towards a more social model ".
It should be remembered that the International Chair of Corporate Social Responsibility of the UCAM aims to boost the use of CSR in companies.
At present, organizations tend to be more sustainable and efficient in the long term, which provides them with balance and strategy in all business actions.
