The Technological Institute of Murcia of the Catholic University together with the INCYDE Foundation, launch two courses with which it will tutorize individually 50 business projects.
One of the objectives of the Catholic University is to encourage and enhance the ability to develop an entrepreneurial idea, not only among its students, but also among the society of Murcia.
Therefore, through the Technological Institute of Murcia (UCAM) and with the INCYDE Foundation, has launched 'Sports Entrepreneurship' and 'Entrepreneurship in the environment and climate change'.
Two programs financed by the European Social Fund that are free for participants.
In these courses you will explore different business opportunities and receive tools that allow you to transform your initial idea into a viable company.
The content is mostly practical and is based on individualized tutoring.
'Entrepreneurship in climate change and the environment', led by Dínnorah Suarez, Project Director of the INCYDE Foundation, takes a tour of the possibilities of entrepreneurship offered by this field, which according to Suarez are very numerous.
"There are many disciplines in the fight against climate change: lawyers, engineers, people related to energy efficiency or renewable energies, it is a wide range of professionals, but we also look for unemployed people who want to start working. have knowledge about climate change, in six weeks the participant will know the business opportunities that exist around the environment and the fight against climate change Opportunities such as CO2 broker, purchase of tons of CO2 or technical consultants who can develop mitigation plans for these gases "".
The other area for entrepreneurship, sports, is considered by the European Union as one of the most dynamic sectors, with greater capacity for growth and one of the most promising sources of employment.
In this sense, the director of this course and director of Projects of the INCYDE Foundation, Bernardo Hernández, says that "in this area many professional opportunities are opened, there is much to be done, and more now, that we live in a moment of digital transformation With this course we intend to offer complementary training to the university through personalized support in different areas in order to transform business ideas into innovative companies. "
"In the course we are going to emphasize the digital aspect of business, we will deepen the importance of innovating through technological tools in all types of sports-related companies, the program includes a novel module with eSports, where the Director of the eSport Chair of the UCAM, Tao Martínez, in which successful cases will be analyzed and the impact of this new type of sport or how the eSport can be used as a marketing tool.
