The PSOE has expressed satisfaction that Emuasa has approved an additional extraordinary plan of more than five million euros, specifically 5,344,521, to improve supplies and sanitation in many districts that were outside the plan approved in the previous advice, held on April 27.
It was precisely the Socialist Group that asked for this extraordinary investment before the many essential works that had been left unfinished.
As an example, the new plan includes, among other works, the improvement of drainage on Avenida Juan XXIII of Cabezo de Torres, worth 950,000 euros;
or in the Calle del Carmen of Era Alta, for an amount of 155,000;
or the expansion of the sanitation network in the corner of the Illanes de La Alboleja and Concordia street of Bacons Bridge, actions budgeted at 390,000 euros and 66,000 euros, respectively.
Similarly, the PSOE has stressed its goal of "continue working" for the recovery by the City of "public control of this joint venture so important for all Murcia."
"In the same way, we will continue to provide proposals to improve the transparency and management of this company and to reduce the price of water paid by Murcia, especially by families with more needs, as well as to continue improving the infrastructure of the company in the municipality, "said Councilman Enrique Ayuso.
